Week Four Wednesday

Breakfast: Egg McMuffin
Morning Snack: 3/4 C cottage cheese, 1 C grapes
Lunch: Fruit parfait
Afternoon Snack: 1 C grapes, 1 yellow bell pepper
Dinner: 1 foot long chicken teriyaki sandwich, 3 cups baked lays
Dessert: 6 oreos

Activity: I worked out after work and skipped most of the leg machines and doubled up on the upper body and core machines.  Pedometer: 6249
